From 4th till 6th of December there was an international final of "The Global Battle Of the Bands". First there were selection tours at Underground, one of the bands that overcame this part was our band as well. At the concert stage of Electric Ballroom at Super Final there met 15 best bands of the world, candidates for the super prize - $100 000 and world tour. The bands playing in Super Final were bright and extraordinary, and the juries had hard time choosing the winner. The audience had a very nice reaction to the performance of AtmAsfera that got its appreciation abroad not for the first time already.

The jury panel consisted of producer Glen Matlock (guitarist Sex Pistols); Nick Tesco (The Members/Leningrad Cowboys); Mark Keds (Senseless Things) and Chuck Sabo (Natalie Imbruglia, XTC etc) had chosen Boys in the Band (The Faroe Islands) as the winner, and Ukrainian band "AtmAsfera" was acknowledged to be the fourth best band in the world. This year AtmAsfera has repeated the success of TOL band in 2005, and honorable fourth place is for now the highest achievement of Ukraine in this musical competition.
